Central Jersey Hawks Lightning Shaw is a girls AAU basketball team comprised of athletes from the Jersey Shore area. We are a hard charging, tough as nails group that plays fast.  The girls pride themselves on sportsmanship, tenacity, and hard work.  Most of all, this team is a terrific group of young ladies that are both teammates and friends.

 

Coach Douglas Shaw prepares the girls to battle on the hardwood and teaches them to play the game the right way.  He creates an atmosphere of accountability with his motto "it's on you!"
